Christina Lake will host the B.C. RCMP Golf Championship for three days in September.

The championship is scheduled for Sept. 16 to 18 at Christina Lake Golf Club, according to the club’s 2026 tournament schedule. The event is also listed on Boundary Country’s regional events calendar.

The club’s public tournament listing does not give the number of competitors, tournament format or eligibility requirements.

Christina Lake Golf Club says the course will remain available for public golfing during scheduled tournaments, and golfers can contact the pro shop for tee times.

The RCMP championship is one of several events on the club’s September schedule. The Retirees Invitational is set for Sept. 10, followed by the Christina Lake Senior Men’s Open from Sept. 23 to 25. Club events are also scheduled for Sept. 26 and 27.

Christina Lake Golf Club began as a nine-hole course in 1962 and expanded to 18 holes in 1986. The club operates as a not-for-profit society and says its average annual membership is about 500.

The course is overseen by general manager and golf pro Kevin Maffioli. Located near the junction of highways 3 and 395, the 18-hole course plays to 6,785 yards from its back tees.

As of Aug. 31, the club’s public tournament page did not include the championship field or a detailed schedule of play.
