Egg-splosive controversy: Kootenay radio show investigation delves into the world of local eggs

 An investigative report by John Steinman of the Nelson-produced radio show, Deconstructing Dinner, sheds new light on the way in which the eggs we consume locally are produced, how their quality is overseen, and how their sources are accounted for. When is an egg farm not an egg farm? When is local not local? The answers will surprise or even shock you. The podcast is below.
